The right choice
Who should choose what
Stay on Airmeet if:
- —your events are exclusively online (webinars, masterclasses, virtual roundtables) and you have no in-person component.
Choose MeetOS if:
- you're running in-person or hybrid conferences, with attendees to welcome physically, face-to-face networking, exhibitors or room management.
Local presence
Based in Morocco, present across West Africa
Most event platforms are built in the US or Europe: English-only support, 48-hour replies, billing in foreign currencies. MeetOS is designed and operated from Morocco. You get a direct contact, in French, in your time zone, who can be on-site the day of your event. For organizations in West Africa and the Maghreb, billing in MAD also simplifies your administrative processes.
Your questions
Frequently asked questions
Do Airmeet and MeetOS target the same type of events?
Not really. Airmeet specializes in webinars, virtual roundtables and online conferences. MeetOS is built for in-person and hybrid events — conferences, summits, forums — with QR check-in, room management, physical networking and a multi-session agenda.
Does MeetOS handle virtual events?
MeetOS includes live streaming (via YouTube) for online attendees. For an exclusively virtual webinar-style event, Airmeet or dedicated tools are a better fit. MeetOS shines on in-person and hybrid events with a strong in-person component.
Why switch from Airmeet to MeetOS?
If your event is moving toward an in-person or hybrid format — with physical attendees to manage, face-to-face networking, check-in at the door, exhibitors or room management — MeetOS is the right platform. Airmeet isn't designed to manage the logistics of an in-person event.
Is MeetOS white-label?
Yes, fully. Airmeet displays its branding in the interface. MeetOS is invisible to your attendees: your logo, your colors, your URL.
Does MeetOS offer local support in Morocco?
Yes. MeetOS is based in Casablanca with a presence in West Africa. Airmeet is an Indian company with no office in Africa.
