  • Gamification and virtual engagement are at the core of your strategy
  • You have an English-language marketing stack to integrate

Choose MeetOS if:

  • You run in-person or hybrid events in Morocco or Africa

  • You want full white-label and a frictionless web app

Local presence

Based in Morocco, present across West Africa

Most event platforms are built in the US or Europe: English-only support, 48-hour replies, billing in foreign currencies. MeetOS is designed and operated from Morocco. You get a direct contact, in French, in your time zone, who can be on-site the day of your event. For organizations in West Africa and the Maghreb, billing in MAD also simplifies your administrative processes.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Hubilo suitable for in-person events?

Hubilo was built first for virtual and hybrid. Its in-person features (check-in, room management, on-site networking) are more limited than its virtual coverage. MeetOS is built for in-person first, with virtual as a complement through integrated streaming.

Is Hubilo available in French?

Hubilo offers a mainly English interface. MeetOS supports 6 languages including French, and our team is French-speaking. For events in Morocco, West Africa or the Maghreb, that's a concrete advantage.

Do attendees have to download a Hubilo app?

Hubilo offers a web app and a mobile app. MeetOS is web-app only — accessible from any browser, with no installation, which removes friction at the door.

Does MeetOS handle hybrid events?

Yes. MeetOS integrates live broadcasting (via YouTube) and lets you manage your in-person attendees and your online attendees simultaneously in the same event space: agenda, Q&A, networking and community feed work for both audiences.

Does Hubilo have a local presence in Africa?

No. Hubilo is headquartered in India with offices in the United States and Europe. MeetOS is based in Morocco and has an on-the-ground presence in West Africa — which changes the nature of the support and the partnership.
